We built Allowed Online with privacy at its core, so your family stays safe and your privacy is preserved. Our website is no different: we specifically chose not to use tracking cookies, marketing pixels, or analytics that identify you. Your visit here is private by design.
No Tracking Cookies
Our approach to family safety is privacy-first. So is our website.
Unlike most websites that track your every move and interrupt your experience with cookie consent popups, we've made a deliberate choice: we don't use tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookie-less) for visit counts and Cloudflare Turnstile (form bot protection, no behavioral tracking) on forms. Our waitlist and contact forms work through secure server-side APIs with no client-side tracking. Our fonts are self-hosted, so no third-party CDN sees your visit.

What Data We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Contact information (name, email address) when you sign up for our waitlist or contact us
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) collected automatically
- Anonymous usage data (pages visited, time spent) through privacy-friendly analytics that cannot identify you
- Screen-Time Quiz responses, used once to calculate your result and then discarded. We never store your answers and cannot read them back.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Manage your waitlist subscription and send updates about our service
- Respond to your inquiries and keep contact history for support purposes
- Analyze anonymous website usage to improve our services
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services
We use the following services as processors, as defined by the GDPR and similar regulations.
- Klaviyo: Email communication and contact-form history
- Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics
- Cloudflare: Hosting, security, and performance
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection on forms. Transmits IP address and browser headers to Cloudflare for bot scoring; no cookies, no behavioral tracking, no cross-site tracking
- Resend: Transactional emails
Some of the services we use are based in the United States. Klaviyo and Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Turnstile, are self-certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, which the EU and Switzerland recognize as providing adequate data protection. Resend, which we use to send transactional emails, relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adapted for Switzerland to also cover the Swiss FADP, with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) as the competent authority.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data until you request its deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@allowed.online.
